Gentle Entity Mail Club—why?
It is crazy to think that I have only received a real handwritten letter once in my life. It was back in my teenage years, when everyone started having their own phones and suddenly everything became became instant, fast, everything entirely text-based.
I still remember the feeling of the postman arriving at my home and handing me that one letter. It felt so real and exciting, you don't know what to expect. Imagining that this piece of paper had traveled slowly from somewhere far away until it finally reached my hands.
I’m happy that this feeling has come back to me again. This longing for something tangible, something that stays. Something I can hold, touch, and feel. It’s a feeling I want to share with people who love and appreciate my art, wherever you are in this world.
My art piece too, will be traveling at a gentle, civilized pace, eventually arriving at your home and finding a small space in your lovely place. I want them to greet you softly, and hopefully bring a little relief, comfort, or smile during your busy days and nights.
one envelope, every month.
